- Use the site to send spam, or to harvest contact details or content by any automated means.
- Attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.

Any statistics, rates, timelines, or results described on this site reflect past or typical outcomes in specific campaigns and depend on factors outside our control, including your vertical, geography, budget, offer, and sales process. Your results will differ. Actual deliverables, volumes, timelines, and remedies are governed solely by your written service agreement with us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Formless Inc. nor its officers, employees, or agents will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of this site, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100.00).
