1. Who we are
Fast Lane Leads ("we", "us", "our") is a performance lead-generation agency operated by Formless Inc. and based in Miami, FL. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website. Questions about this policy can go to hello@fastlaneleads.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or website, the vertical you selected, your target monthly lead volume, any message you write, and whether you gave marketing and communications consent.
- Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly page analytics that record aggregate visit data such as page paths, referrers, approximate country, and device type. We also log the IP address of contact-form submissions for a short period in order to rate-limit abuse.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a delivery plan or quote.
- To provide, operate, and support the services you contract with us.
- Where you have given consent, to contact you by phone, SMS, and email about lead-generation services.
- To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of this site.
- To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
4. Marketing and communications consent
The contact form has three consent checkboxes. All are unchecked by default, and none of them is a condition of purchase.
- Contact consent (required to submit). Checking it is your consent to be contacted by Fast Lane Leads by phone and email about your inquiry and about lead-generation services.
- Non-marketing text messages (optional). Checking it is your express consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Fast Lane Leads about your inquiry and lead delivery at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Marketing text messages (optional). Checking it is your express consent to receive marketing and promotional text messages, including special offers, discounts, and new product updates, from Fast Lane Leads at the phone number you provide. Frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, get help by replying HELP, and opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing hello@fastlaneleads.com. Where you give text-message consent we keep a record of it, including the date and time, the form it came from, and the IP address of the submission.
Confirm the exact TCPA and marketing consent language on the form and in this section with counsel before launch.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. It does not use cookies to track you across sites and does not build a cross-site advertising profile. If we add other analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this section before they go live. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract, including:
- Our customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platform.
- Our transactional email provider, used to route inquiry notifications to our inbox.
- Our hosting and analytics provider.
- Advertising platforms, where required to operate and measure campaigns.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
7. Data retention
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, including proof of communications consent. Rate-limit logs are kept only briefly. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to marketing communications. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@fastlaneleads.com. We will verify your request before acting on it.
California residents. Under the CCPA and CPRA you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit access to inquiry data to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
